Refund Policy

Credit Moose offers services on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no further charges by calling (978) 309-2690, emailing hello@creditmoose.com, or mailing a request to Credit Moose Inc, 2482 Yonge Street, Unit 4131, Toronto, Ontario, M4P2H5, Canada.

10-Day Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel this agreement within ten (10) days of entering into it and receive a full refund of any amounts paid, in accordance with Section 23(1) of the Credit Reporting Services Act. Refunds will be issued within fifteen (15) days of cancellation.

90-Day Progress Guarantee

If you do not see any progress in your credit history within 90 days of entering into this agreement, you may request a full refund of all monthly fees paid up to that point.
